Zoo Volunteer Program

The purpose of the Zoo Volunteer programme is to render services to zoo in a voluntary manner for the purpose of assisting the management in its day-to-day function. The volunteer can participate in reception work/visitor management followed by zoo education programmes, maintenance work of the zoo, animal care and health management as decided by the zoo authorities. Volunteers benefit by enriching their own experience and learning, while providing quality service to the zoo, which are short of adequate trained or qualified manpower.
